The first activity of the family since 1976. It is a real gourmets’ paradise, the perfect refuge for those who seek an intimate and peculiar ambient where it is possible to taste delicious traditional Umbrian dishes as well as international specialities. Our passion for good things, for dishes perfectly made and for good food, has pushed us for years to the systematic quest for excellence. The restaurant is open for Guesia Village Hotel and Spa**** and resort Borgo Santa Lucia’s guests as well as local customers or visitors. We are pleased to offer a seasonally updated and complete menu of our land best products, taking into consideration our vegetarian friends needs, or those who have allergies or with celiac disease, and a wonderful cantina that hosts the most important Umbrian and national labels.
MEAT MAIN COURSES
Among starters, the most requested is “la madia” (Typical chest for the making and storage of bread in the countryside): a palette of colours and flavours, with different kinds of salami, typical cheeses and crostini, which catch the eye before and satisfy the palate then. The large majority of our fresh pasta is handmade and for that, the full flavour of the genuine products which it is made of is kept even after the cooking, the pasta is served with farm ragù sauce or with our back truffle, or with crunchy guanciale (cheek lard) in an ideal match that will delight your senses. The full tastes of our meat, roasted or grilled, combines harmoniously with our important side dishes as porcini mushrooms or with the light and fresh ones such the rocket and tomato salad, in order to offer always tasty dishes in each all seasons.

Even though the typical Umbrian kitchen recall land tastes, in Angelo’s Restaurant we offer high quality fish selection dishes, highly sought in everyday services and in special occasions.
Our chefs’ fantasy reaches its peak in our desserts presentation: from the warm little cakes to Bavarois, every dish recalls the hard and continuous study and all the passion put into it.
